I would vote for nothing more than homicide. If it was intentional then I would say it was probably premeditated and something was going on there that has not come out. In an apartment complex like that I would thing if there was something we would know by now. I am getting a little tired of all these people suing cops and cities. I understand excessive force but most of the victims are criminals and doing something illegal. Take this dude in Arlington. He had weapons and several different drugs in his car. If you roll your window up on a cops arm and take off then what would you expect to happen?

I tend to agree with this Bob not sure at all about the actual murder charge. If indeed a mistake I think manslaughter is more appropriate. Regardless she deserves prison time IMO this is not a sorry my bad situation.

I feel sorry for her, could happen to anyone that carries, especially a you female. The fact that she was a cop has nothing to do with it. And there is no motive for her to kill him like that.
