The fishing has been phenomenal down here this entire summer. If you can make a trip down here I'd load up the boat and start heading south. The fish are deep hanging on any structure they can find. Most of my success has been on Carolina Rigs and deep diving crankbaits. I've been throwing a 6th sense C-25 A LOT and covering as much water as possible. Sorry I haven't been posting on here as much as I use to, but time just slips away when you're having this much fun. Here are a few pictures from my last 2 trips. Oh and the state park ramp is still in use but not by much, the county ramp is good but you'll have to get your feet wet if you're solo.
