What's your favorite "genre" of food? Like if you had to choose only one for the rest of your life.
I think mine is Vietnamese.
If not then definitely Asian of some kind.

Tough choice between BBQ and TexMex. If forced I'd choose BBQ.

Italian - it is in my blood. I grew up eating bread, pasta, cheese, tomatoes and salads all the time. The only dressing I knew as a kid was oil and vinegar.
I love BBQ but I can only handle so much of the smokiness at times.

TexMex with a very close 2nd choice of Asian. Unfortunately Mineola is only blessed with one mediocre Chinese restaurant. We have some good TexMex close by though. Our go to is Peraltas in Quitman.
