I am going to come out and say that Dan is a real nice guy who was raised right by his parents. I won't go into the details but will say that it was a very gracious gesture that he did when nothing more than a 'Thanks' was all that anyone would expect.
He is welcome in my home or boat anytime because he is one of the 'Good Guys'.
If you give him grief on here, I'll know it is because you have have never meet him in person.

We had many 'hook-ups' on Sunday. Granted, I was hoping for a lot more but hopefully more next time.

We got 12 keepers about 6 or 7 that were short. I also managed a few bass, (totally by accident, I did NOT fish the crappie jig on the bottom where I thought bass would in a deliberate attempt to catch bass...that did not happen) and a very ambitious bluegill. Blue Nitro also caught a sandbass! He loves those. It was a fun trip! The crappie fried up nicely. We had them for dinner last night. Thanks again for the invite it was fun. We will have to do it again soon... next time when its not as hot I will bring a cooler of beer as well.
