Don’t pay the primadona! I agree with you. It’s time for him to move on! Build a great offensive line & hire workman running backs! Mr. Feedme becomes a less than stellar back without a talented offensive line.

I hope Zeke never comes back. He's a disgrace and cannot uphold his end of the deal. Two years left on contract and wants a new one? Send him packing. We won't win the Sooooopa without him, but we will contend and that's good enough for this Cowboy flavor. Jerruh knows tickets are still sellin' and his pocketbook won't do a flip-flop if he pays him. Make sure to sew up Dak and Amari, though. This Pollard kid is gonna surprise a whole lotta folks this year.

I have no respect for a guy who doesn't live up to his agreement, and ESPECIALLY when it is in writing (so there's no excuse for interpretation). Honor your contract and perform on the field and stay out of trouble, and THEN and only THEN ask for the big contract when it's time to talk. If you can't do all of that, then it's time to move on for the Cowboys.

I stand by my first comment on Zeke and the disaster that followed. Per Frank: They won't win the SuperBowl this year with him or without him. Give someone else the ball and move on. Trade him. He's as much distraction as he is a player. How many seasons has he had a suspension hanging over his head?
At some point a problem player is better being someone else's problem player and hopefully when they still have some value.

I used to feel this way - but as long as the owners can cancel the contract and pay less money, players should be able to hold out and get more money. I agree that the difference between Cowboys with Zeke and Cowboys without Zeke is maybe 2-3 wins? While that's significant, it doesn't make them a SB contender to have him, and you shouldn't sacrifice money at positions that are more valuable. I thought the Jaylon Smith signing was a good one. Get Amari and Dak on contract at reasonable rates and if Zeke holds out, we'll get to pick a dozen spots higher next year and have a better team long term.
