OP TexasRoughFishing Outdoorsman T Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 47 College Station, TX	We just wrapped up a 4-day carp fishing trip to Lady Bird Lake, the Perdernales River, and Lake Travis in that order. We started out blanking at Lady Bird Lake, and moved on to the Perdernales River @ Reimer’s Ranch Park the next day. We spent more time swimming at the Perdernales than fishing, but I still managed to beat my PB Common Carp! That evening we moved on to Lake Travis @ Pace Bend Park and set up camp. The third day was slow, I only managed to catch one decent channel cat. But on the last day, I managed to beat my PB Common again fishing on a cliffside overlooking Davis Cove. We had to climb down some rocks to net him, but it was all worth it in the end! All in all it was an awesome trip and I can’t wait to fish these places again sometime soon!
