I am having a issue every time I fill my oil tank in the back off the boat. I either get the cap to loose are to tight. Pumps air to the oil tank in the motor. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks for any help.

Yes check O Ring and make sure your air hose doesn't have a crack

pull the stem out of the oil tank that the hoses connect to an make sure the screen on the bottom of it is not covered with slime an not letting the oil thru when pressured up.
