Some of you California transplants are acting like this guy was being dragged by the rope. Get a grip! 5th Generation Texan. My dad can remember a car dragging laundry behind it through town in Fannin County Texas. He was six in 49'.... and that was a person before he got lynched. Read the constitution. The story isn't about using a rope to move a criminal, it's about having 2 police officers on the force that had no clue about how this would be perceived and exercised extremely poor decision-making. I see both sides but the quote above sums it up for me. Agree.... not like they are looking to connect with the community. That is the worst. Most police are in the community. These two.... not so much.
