 "FAKE DNR Officer PRANK at BOAT RAMP" Googans at Lewisville

"Googan Squad" just released video filmed at Lewisville Ramp. They wore reflective vests and claimed to be "Lewisville Safety Department" while they "messed" with people. At one point, he tells a bass tracker owner that there's been a lot of accidents and he is required to help them launch. He checks lifejackets and does other stupid stuff. The gentlemen let him back the trailer...but he proceeds to drive in circles around the ramp. This guy actually tipped the kid. I enjoy a good prank, but this was just another level of immature. I'm curious if anyone on TFF encountered them when they did this. Also curious if they could get in legal trouble. Video

Sounds no worse than the guy at Beacon Rv Park on Falcon charging people 5 bucks to launch at a public ramp for the last 10 years...

Impersonating an office is highly illegal, not 100% sure this falls under that category. However, I'd be pissed if I have to deal with it while I'm launching.
Also I'd suspect charging at a public launch is also highly illegal. In my youth, while drunk, I once jokingly charged cover at a bar that didn't have a cover just because people were handing me their IDs as I smoked outside of the door. I was cuffed, forced to give back the money I had charged (maybe $20-30 total) plus I had to give up all the other cash I had on me($2000) because I couldn't prove that it wasn't from that. I also couldn't go back to that bar for months. Luckily wasn't arrested.
Both are dumb things to do.
