If you keep clicking it at :15 and watch it a few times quick, it was a good enough shot for an average dude to throw, and it probably would have looped that guy up a little bit if it would have connected square. Fortunately for the loudmouth, I guess, he slipped most of it. (Didn't slip it all - supposedly Tony broke his hand.)
Some places stay pretty old school for whatever their particular reasons. A dirt track is one of those places. Screaming a guy down like that, like he was doing...you'd just about have to expect to get popped.

And his lawyers are better than the ambulance chaser that the drunken redneck will hire for the inevitable lawsuit.
