After my boat set all winter, I tried it out and it wouldn't ide. So far I have replaced fuel line, filter, added new gas, added Seafoam. And changed spark plugs. Still does it. Mercury 60hp four stroke. Any suggestions?

Year and model? Cdm`s (coils) are a common problem with Mercs. Check for spark at all spark plugs.
