I have a 2007 Mercury 250 Pro XS. Looking to get a new trim motor. Was curious if there was one brand better than the other. Im looking at either a Arco 6250 or the Sierra/Seastar Solutions 18-6773. Any recommendations??. Thanks in advance.

I don't have any experience with ARCO, but I replaced my tilt trim motor on my Evinrude ETEC with a Sierra and it has been a solid replacement...so far no issues....previously replaced it with a motor I got from a starter/ alternator shop had a one year warranty and lasted 13 months....Sierra appears to have a good warranty but hopefully wont need it....
