Drove around out there today checking out the lakes. Plenty of water in all of them. The clarity of Rhodes surprised me. It used to be clear, now it is a rust color. Has something been dumped in the lake? Hope it hasn't affected the quality of fishing there.

Never fished Rhodes but also never seen it clear. Clear lake is usually pretty clear. As far as fishing, never had much luck out there (hunting sucks too). Camping, if you get a good spot and get there early, has been awesome in the spring.

I've fished all the lakes over the years. I have caught some quality bass in each of them.
Rhodes used to be clear as Clear Lake. Great Lake for kayaking. I used to run into a lot of tubers out there also. Haven't seen any of them in years.

Lakes have been dry for a long time. Fishing may take a while to rebound.
