 TOPWATER...Leader Bait?

Hey guys,
I cant remember what they are called...But I remember a top water deal that I saw some years back.
*It was a small bait with a Treble hook(Or not) that was about 3-4 feet in front of a regular "Walk-the-Dog" style bait
Not sure how well they worked and weather or not the "Bait" in front hindered the "Walk-the-Dog" action of the actual bait in the rear?
They of even been made by Norman but I could be wrong...
But If anyone can remember what these are called or where to get one I would appreciate it!

Seen them on ebay along with the War Eagle Front Runner.
I have one that was given as a gift.
Mister Twister makes the Top Prop, inline buzz blade you can put in front of other lures.

I think in the right water they would be killer. Clear water where bass school on top in the summer. Killer option. Bet you would double up on them a lot.

Used to love the front runner. Fishing a power plant lake in Kansas several years ago I caught a 3.5# smallmouth and a 4# largemouth on the same cast with the front runner and a spook. Actually landed both.

I just found a couple of hundred in a box out back.. Mostly the 1.5 inch.. But have a few two inch..
