Just bought a new Bass Cat with a 36V trolling motor. Old boat had a 24V Ultrex. My boat storage place only has a light / pull chain adapter power into my storage unit, so what I had in the past was an extension cord with two 2amp trickle chargers, and I would hook one to the cranking battery and one to one of the trolling motor batteries. Now that I have four batteries, kind of doesnt work anymore. Anybody have any experience with running three trickle chargers off a pull chain adapter approach? I dont want to push it.

need to find out how many other lights/outlets are on that circuit and what size breaker is on the circuit...probably 20 amp, maybe 15 amp. I believe a 4 bank 10 amp on board MK digital charger only draws 5 amps and is way better than trickle chargers since it is a smart charger.

^ Get a 4 back charger and leave it plugged in, the light circuit will be fine

good rule of thumb for battery charges is total amp output (DC) is roughly 10X required AC amp input. For example, a 4 bank, 10 amp per bank charger will draw about 4 AC amps.

Power wise I bet your fine. 4 trickle charges should be less than 2 amps. What I would be concerned about is output isolation on the trickle chargers. If they have a common ground then you won't be able to use them on batteries in series without unhooking them. If the trickle charger negative output is tied back to the ac neutral or ground it will be a problem because it ties all the negative outputs together causing a short.
