When was the last time you ever saw one? We have one across the street from the office. It's next to the hospital. The doctors don't like to pump their own gas. Last week, I needed gas in the MC (warning light was blinking). I accidentally pulled up to the full service pump. For $10, I got gas, tire pressure checked, and windshield washed. Not a bad deal.

There's a Texaco near my house that is full service during business hours.
Never used it. I check my tire pressures at home and can wash my windshield while I pump my own gas.

In Fort Worth there is one at the corner of Merrick and Camp Bowie, it's where the old money from Rivercrest and Westover Hills go

There are a few around in the section of Arlington where we live, but I'm not willing to pay the premium to have somebody pump my gas. Usually use Kroger for most gas purchases and QT if necessary.

There is still one in Albany. Local owned. They pump you gas and will clean windshield if you ask them to.
Used to do it without asking but they have a hard time hiring help.

Me too. They are pretty good at it.
I carry an air can with 125 PSI in it at all times in the ranch truck so I can make it to town.

Nor are you allowed to in Old Mexico, they even have a bathroom attendant who keeps the bathroom sparkling clean. Buckee's aint got nutton on a Mexico gas station.

Yep, got threatened with a $500 fine for trying to pump my own gas.

Working at the gas station in my younger days, I cleaned a lot of windshields and occasionally the view was outstanding!
