Just finished my last Jack Reacher book. Thinking about downloading this one. Thoughts?

Sounds like an adventure/mystery novel. Sure - why not?

It's only money. I do pay a little attention to the 2,200 five-star ratings. Just turned my wireless on.

Bill, have you read any of the Kay Scarpetta Series by Patricia Cornwell?

Excellent well written crime/forensic books

For those of you thinking about reading Lee Child's books of Jack Reacher, may I suggest you start with book one then read them in order.

There are others authors that are just as good.

Robert Parker: Jesse Stone series

John Sandford: Virgil Flowers series

James Clavell: Start with "King Rat"

Connelly: Bosch series

Michael McGrarrity: Kevin Kearney series

Also, anything by Ken Folleet, Newt Gingrich (novels only), and W.E.B. Griffin

Enjoy!

Look! Up in the sky. It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's an EMP!

p.s., Stephen Coonts. We were in the same pre-flight class at NAS Pensacola in early 1968. Also, Joe Webber, We were pilots in the same squadron at MCAS Cherry Point.

How you read your books is strictly up to you.

I’m boycotting the term “good read” when referencing literature of any kind. I’m also boycotting any sentence that replaces the word “question” with the word “ask”. (Example - What’s your ask?)
