Anybody fish Granger on a regular basis? For the life of me I cannot find the entrance to the channel to go up the river.

Put in at Taylor Park and head towards the timber. Channel will be on the left side of that timber. If that fails, try a map.

So my little Jon boat can go straight thru, instead of going down channel on right side and coming back across?

As long as your not driving like a maniac, absolutely. I go through it all the time in my 15 foot metal boat.

the channel is not on te left side and never has been. After the last flood it silted in the actual channel and it moved. It is now on the far right. If you try to go thru the channel I suggest follow someone, or dont try it

I guess I cant comment on exactly what side its on. All I know is I fish granger pretty regular, and I never see anybody going right to go up the river. Everyone I see goes left, and theyre normally moving at a pretty good clip through that left side.

Little 9.9 Mercury four stroke had oil pump go out, good thing for limp mode. Ill never get another four stroke again. Ill stick with a good old two stroke, mix your gas and go. Im a mechanic and can fix it but the pump should last the life of the engine, no more of a crankcase with oil pan for me on a boat. Itll be a little bit before I choose to risk the left side or enter the channel on the right side.
