Looks like a snake to me.

I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

Id imagine theres a lot critters in the backyard. It needs some work. Something in the middle of the wire fence. Looks like a snake then looks like a fish.
