Yep, been using the trolling motor version since it first came out. Have used it with a Humminbird 1198c SI Combo, ONIX 10 SI, several Helix units and the SOLIX SI. Switched it over to the Ultrex version last year.

I use it to catch the fish I see displayed on it. I don't need any casting practice so I look for the fish and then cast to them.

This is a split up school of shad in shallow water, there are three large bass chasing them. One of them weighted 10 pounds and 13 ounces caught with a swim jig. I watched the shad school and did not notice the bass until the school split up.
They are at about 11:00 on the 20' Range line with the scan line splitting the school.

This is spawning shellcrackers. I do not fish for those, but showed this to three guys that were looking for them very shallow, then they caught them:

Im using 360 AND live. 360 shows me what structure is around and live shows me if fish are sitting on it. I caught fish yesterday during a tourney that were tight to stumps, saw them on live and watched them follow my bait out and eat it...

For me the 360 is nice. I rarely can get it dialed in to give the clarity that Wayne gets but it helps me find underwater structure regardless of how the boat or trolling motor is positioned in relation to it. If I am fishing with a partner, they appreciate being able to see something to one side of the boat while I might be fishing something else on the other side. I really don't want to fish staring at my FF all day, it's just nice to look down and see a laydown that you weren't aware was there and work the lure around it.

Does Humminbird offer a Live Sonar or are you running 2 different brands of graphs on your boat?
