 Ultrex isolation pad

Looking for information.
I have an ultrex on my boat and I am looking to get an isolator that goes between the top cap of the boat and the bottom of the ultrex so it is not sitting directly on the top cap. Anyone have any information on where to get one?

I have that.... Im looking for something to put between the mount and the boat. Kinda line the wedge triton owners e tuning but flat...

Really appreciative of all these suggestions. Ive seen some phoenix rigs that have a plastic isolation pad. Might just have to cut one from a Walmart cutting board
