Yeah I know, but I cant put my own job in jeopardy going and doing stuff like that. Gotta let the process happen.

always hire contractors who are full time contractors also He didn't hire the contractor. The lady who bought the house hired a contractor to move it. dang dude did i say him? & i was talking about the civil work Oh okay no problem. He can just pass along your wisdom to the lady.

Im thinking a guy named Scagnetti would know some guys...maybe go by and talk to them about that thing. There is a difference in getting something done and really wanting to get something done My Uncle Bruno specializes in expediting difficult negotiations

With the term reasonable time thats tough. The weather will be their defense on why the home hasnt been moved. Hindsight is always 20/20 I know but without a specific date and then storage terms outlined in the contract you have very little to go back to. Best bet would be a letter from an attonery outlining that reasonable time has passed and that after 7 days a storage fee (which I think by law is $35 a day) will be applied. If home isnt moved by X date the house will be re sold. With proceeds from sell to cover expenses and any monies after expenses will be forwarded to women who purchased the home.
Good luck!
