With the term reasonable time that�s tough. The weather will be their defense on why the home hasn�t been moved. Hindsight is always 20/20 I know but without a specific date and then storage terms outlined in the contract you have very little to go back to.
Best bet would be a letter from an attonery outlining that reasonable time has passed and that after 7 days a storage fee (which I think by law is $35 a day) will be applied. If home isn�t moved by X date the house will be re sold. With proceeds from sell to cover expenses and any monies after expenses will be forwarded to women who purchased the home.
