I talked to the police last night and they said there were 2 boats that swamped yesterday afternoon. They had already picked up one and were on their way to get the other over by Loyd Park. I was working on my boat at Lynn Creek and did not get on the water so didn't see anything myself. Grand Prairie fire has a boat on B dock where my boat is located but the police must also have a boat because it was a police boat that had temporarily docked close to mine.
