It won�t let me login. Once I enter name and password it says page expired due to inactivity. Anyone else having same issue?

Finally got in. It won�t work clicking the red login bar at the top on the page still. I scrolled to the bottom and clicked � Member�. It took me to the same login page and then it worked. ?????
