Look at etrailer etc for wheels and eBay for tires...

I stay away from trailer tires. All of the ST tires are made in China except the Maxxis which are made in the Philippines, a little better but not much.
LTs would be the first choice, then auto tires as their load rating is going to be greater than the weight of your rig.
Carlisle is the worst. They are so bad Discount Tire doesn't even sell them any longer. I'll add my $.02 to second this with Bob. Been pulling boat trailers for almost 30 years now. LT tires of the proper load rating work just fine. No bounce or sway etc. Goodyear marathons may be good for 3 years, but will crack and prone to blowout after 3 years. My truck tires give me more than 3 years and never crack or craze. I bought a brand new Triton Boat and others I know have bought new boats and the trailers don't come with "Trailer Tires". So my 30 years of experience says LT truck tires of the proper load rating for the axle work just fine. If you choose "ST Trailer tires" make sure and replace them every 3 years or so.

Goodyear Endurance, only trailer tire made in America. Check the ratings and specs. Best there is, period. Just returned from another 1600 mile trip on my Power King towmax tires with no problems. Kept them at 52# drove mainly 70 mph. I did pick up a IR thermometer and kept a close watch on my hubs. That is the only way to go for peace of mind on them bearings.

Go with a light truck tire. I have been using them for 20 plus years now!!!
Yes. Many RV companies are using LT tires on their trailers.

When I managed a tire shop and visited the bfg plant, they said after 6 years a tire stored in their climate controlled building is no longer good.. period. It's like parts on a warehouse shelf. They are made to be used, not stored.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CARLISLE TRAILER TIRES, I SPENT THREE YEARS CONSTNTLY REPLACING TIRES, THEY ALWAYS REPLACED THEM AT A LOW PRORATED PRICE BUT THE TIME LOST WAS NOT WORTH IT, I NOW RUN MARATHONS WITH NOT A PROBLEM YET, NOT TO SAY I WONT HAVE ONE TOMORROW BUT SO FAR MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE. Those are what I have and have not had any issues. Recommended by the guy at Discount tire a few years back. Same here, 5 years with no problems.

And Discount Tire still sells them. They also price match. Just bought a new set of 205/75-14 Radial HDs for $59 ea. (Wal-Marts sale price) to replace my old ones. Had almost 20k miles and still plenty of tread left but date stamp was from 2014.
