Academy H2O Xpress frogs work great/collapse well/don't fill up with water too quickly.

I like the booyah frogs. They cast well and I use the baby one a lot as well. Been meaning to try the new SK perch that doesn't pop. Really like the popping one but it doesn't like salvania or other grass in its face lol. The tail on that thing moves so well and looks like a tail fin/bird tail/who knows!

For the money and performance I like the Booyah Pad Crasher. It's plastic is more supple than the Spro's.

Academy H2O Xpress frogs work great/collapse well/don't fill up with water too quickly. These have impressed me a lot. And the price is very good without feeling like a compromise. Give em a try.

Man, I wish they still made the Bill Plummer Super Frog!

Another vote for the Booyah Pad Crasher here... I also recommend the Booyah frog. You will miss very few bites if you bend the hooks up off the frog body a little and also out a little to better expose them.
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Been fishing frogs for a lot of years. Started with the Snag proof .Tried all brands finally settled on Spring 65. A tough little frog that I can cast considerable distance on 50 lb Power Pro. Set the hook when fish hits works for me,missing very few fish. If one misses it they generally hut it again. Absolutely one if my favorite ways to fish! PS. Tried a Strike King pad perch in post spawn. Good looking bait but doesn't seem to be real durable. It will catch a big fish.

Booyah
Don't waste money on the others.
I have to disagree with H20 frogs. I've tried several, but they fill up with water super quick. Never have to squeeze the Booyahs

I've actually had great success with the KVD Sexy Frog. My favorite is still then original Swamp Donkey from Reaction Innovations. Have not looked at the new ones yet to see if there are any difference, but if they are the same as the old ones, then I will buy more of those.

I use Booya Poppin Pad Crasher all the time. For a non-popping frog I found Live Target to be very productive. I think any of them will work as it all comes down to presentation!!

I think there has been enough soft-body frog discussion that it won't hurt to bring this up. Has anyone tried the Academy H2O wake frog? They look great in the water but I haven't got a strike on it yet.
