The ABU Ambassadeur C4 currently sold today, 4600/5600/6600, are these made in Sweden still or designed there and made in China ?

If the reel says Made is Sweden, why would you doubt that?

Walmart, Academy, and a few other retailers are selling these versions in plastic, hanging on a peg hook reels. These are [censored] from China. I think the model is CS.

If you are really in doubt, go to Catfish Connection and go through the descriptions for the Abu's. It will give the country of origin. They sell just about all of them.

If the reel says Made is Sweden, why would you doubt that? Wouldn't doubt it then but have not seen the latest model and who knows when they will switch it out with a China version.
