Anyone have any experience with this. Should get clean water.

When you say "thru hull" do you mean mounting the transducer thru a slot cut-out in the hull bottom? Or more typically shoot-thru hull bottom from inside the bilge area?

Don't see how a shoot-thru hull installation could work for any transducer with side-scan.

I have no experience with that because I'm not drilling a hole thru my hull.....

I didn't know Lowrance even offered that.

But I agree - I make an effort to not add any holes in my hull or transom - especially a hole that large.
