Do you make your own or use store bought? If store bought, I'm looking for the best tasting stuff. I'd like to make some Chicken Enchilada's..

Walmart has Hatch Green Chili's and Tex-Mex Style. 12- 15oz. cans for $47.00 The Red Sauce is $54.52 a case. Didn't see any single can prices.

Best canned is Gebhardt. Hatch is a sorta close second.
