Anyone else having an issue ordering a new replacement Navionics chip from their website at their advertised discounted rate? Regular price is $199.00 and discounted rate is $99.50. Hard for me to believe a large company like theirs has such a squirrely website. NO PHONE SERVICE and chat is not available all the time...

They do have a customer service phone dept. I had to call them earlier this year. I don't recall where I found the#, but I recall it took a little poking around. Maybe somebody else will have the #.Once I reached them, the rep was knowledgeable and helpful.

Could be a long shot but try going through garmin if you have to, as they bought Navionics last year.
