Gotta get out of my box. Been fishing bass out of farm ponds my whole life. Want to target some monster bream around lavon, from the bank. Anybody know a place I can go?
I'd rather fish than buy groceries sometime TexInn

I have always targeted them in creeks, but the lake is waaaay up so that is not happening from the bank until the water drops.

Pick a creek right now with some good flow and find some slack water! Use a small piece of bait with a bobber and a split shot on a small hook fish it tight to the bank. You will definitely get bit they are in there heavy right now. My bait of choice is a small piece of shrimp... and after I catch a couple I will use it as cut bait to hammer the channels and blue cats ! Cant really help you with a spot!? Lol... plenty of feeder creeks on lavon. Watch the snakes !
