Will be there for a few days this coming memorial day weekend. My son may come down and we might try out Lady Bird lake via kayak. Any recommendations...OR stay away from as far a launch areas go. Looks like Zilker park may have a couple of spots. I know Memorial Day weekend...we are gonna have to be on our toes...but can't pass of the opportunity.

Lady Bird will be packed this weekend. Prolly be a lot of bumper boats going on. If I was going there I would launch under I-35 and head down stream.
You get out of it what you put into it!
