A buddy has his annual snapper charter in Port A with DSHQ on the Kingfisher on Saturday, July 6th and is looking for some extra people. It's on Saturday, July 6th from 6am-2pm and it's $2800 for up to 20 people. The group of guys are mostly UPS drivers and the trip is usually full but lots of them couldn't make it this year and right now we're at 10 people. Hard to give an exact price since we don't know how many people might join the trip but the chartermaster says he'll take up to 20, which would be $140 per person. We should be able to get up to 15 people which would be $187 per head. We'll get a limit of hopefully solid snapper and then probably see if we can find any kings or lings. Let me know if interested and I'll answer any questions or get you the contact info for the chartermaster. I'll probably put up another thread for it but if there's any interest in a 12hr charter in early August chasing shrimp boats looking for blackfin and spending a little time fishing for snapper or amberjack, that's a trip I'd like to put together quickly if there's enough interest.

I would be interested in the August trip if there is a shot at tuna or if snapper ends up overlapping amberjack.

For party boats and charters the red snapper season and AJ season only overlap one day .... August 1st

For anyone interested in the July snapper charter, we're up to 14 people which is $200/person. My buddy would like to get up to 20 people which would be $140/person.

The trip is up to 16 people and will be limited to 22 so there's not many spots left if anyone is interested.

Very interested in these trips. Are there any available slots?
1st pick: August 1st: Amberjack/Tuna Trip
2nd pick: Snapper trip on July 6th
However, if #1 is not set in stone would love to know if July 6th trip is available?!
