Up to 3 changes max after they are frozen. Usually takes a win or second in a big tournament after may 1st.

I seen the 3 changes but it doesnt clarify if you can add a kid from a locked roster.

Sorry it does say cant be added from a frozen roster. But my ? Is my sons current team isnt gonna goto state of World Series. Which isnt what I want. My son has a couple teams wanting him to go with them but I seen the roster is now locked. I wanted to know since we went going can he be added to another to go
