I was waiting on another trade to pack up and go so I can do my thing when I noticed this ! It comes straight from the power lines to the building more than a couple bare wires. Should one be concerned or is this typical joe the handyman work and just looks like carp ?

I'm thinking Jesus ( pronounced haysoos ) had something to do with it.
