Maybe a dumb question but since this is a river chain lake can they fill it from the others (McQueeny or Placid)?

Maybe a dumb question but since this is a river chain lake can they fill it from the others (McQueeny or Placid)? Not really. Too much elevation drop between them.

Had to check on a job in NB a bit ago, so I drove down to the ramp. That water is leaving the lake in a hurry. The gabian cage on the ramp is usually covered with water at normal pool.
