After several weeks of homework I pulled the trigger on this bad boy.

I mainly chose this because of the rudder and the weight.
Length. 11’
Width 33”
Weight 62lbs
Capacity 425lbs

Transducer compatible. Two paddle holders...etc

Honest opinions please.

I can't say how it handles (never been on one)... but it's certainly a good looking yak! Congratulations on your purchase... If I see you on the water cheers

This is the 2019 model, little different than the 2018.

Check out the center accessory holder. Separate section, no bottom of the hull.

Honestly, I'm confused. Somewhat entertained (I suppose the whole purpose of reading and participating in the forum) but confused. What happened to the 2 12' Talons. What turned you off on the Ascend you were considering a couple of days ago? Were you able to stay within your $650 budget? My honest opinion-This is a very crowded segment of the kayak market and not seeing anything that really sets the Vibe apart. If you are truly a newbie and just excited about doing some fishing, best wishes to you. If you are trying to sell me a boat, I'll pass.

Hello, how are you?

To begin with, huh?

I was selling the old Talon on craigslist that I bought used (which I sold for a substantial profit) which helped me obtain the Vibe sea ghost. I took back the new one because I wanted more features on my Kayak, mainly not sitting in water. On the ascend almost everyone says I would regret it, so didn’t buy one. I received a lot of information here to help me with my decision and “upgrade” along with internet searching.
What confuses me is why would you think I would want to sell you a kayak? I never sent an email to the mods to get access to the classifieds, a member here was trying to help me out by suggesting that I do, though.
At least you are easily amused.

Tight lines.

Shane think you'll be very happy with that. Let us know how the maiden voyage go's. IIRC Academy was having a pretty good sale on PFD's.

Thank you Janie I will try and get there this weekend. My wife is saying I have to clean garage first,
bang

I did buy a hoist system on amazon so I can put her on the ceiling.

These are popular with kayak anglers. I think I’m going to get one.
