Looking to sell our lake house at Whitney and find another lake . Would love to find one were we can have a dock to keep the boat also . Just fed up with the corp flooding our lake . Any suggestions ?

Possum Kingdom, Bridgeport, Granbury, Hubbard Creek, there are many. I really like Bridgeport, if I didn't already live 13 minutes from it, I would have a place there.

This.....beautiful area and very underrated as a fishery. Never too crowded and property in the area is not as high as other lakes.

Palestine is a Great Lake! My Grandpa and Uncle both had lake houses there. I grew up fishing and water skiing on that lake. Great Lake for Black Bass and Catfish. Last year there was a big sand bass die off, so they are a little
slow now, but there are some good hybrids still around. Its just far enough from Dallas to not be too crowded on the weekends, although its becoming more popular.
You should have been here yesterday...
