Whats a good spinning reel for surf fishing that doesnt cost an arm and a leg? Also what length and action rod is best? Thanks

Not sure on prices. All my surf reels are Shimano 4000's on 10' medium heavy rods. 30# power pro. Have landed reds up to 45" on these.
