Well weve had a lot of rain, but we havent quit fishing yet! The fish that Ive been catching have all been coming off of timber. The lake is up about 3 foot right now and there is some dirty water in areas, but Im still catching fish pretty much in all areas. Weve been catching some giant females as well. If youre fishing clear water Ive just been using jogs. If you have to fish dirty water Ive been tipping jigs with a minnow. Buck creek ramp is now closed so Im putting in at Jordan Park. This starts my favorite time of year to catch a bunch of crappie. May- October is the most fun you can have on Ray Roberts crappie fishing in my opinion. If youd like to book a trip, feel free to message or call. Thanks everyone!

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!" ― Hunter S. Thompson
