Theres an app called PURE GAS that shows Ethanol free gas stations.

89 octane ethanol free gas in the way to go? I just wanted the cover to help stop it from fading fast. My last boat the cowling faded fast.

Yamaha Ring Free is the only thing you need to add. 87 octane and run it like ya stole it every once in a while.

My motor cowling was getting scratched up quite a bit so I bought some Yamaha touch up paint, covered the scratches and put a Tuff-Skinz cover on it. I check it often and have not noticed any rub spots from it. You will want to carry an extra spin on fuel filter in the boat. They are suppose to be changed every year but it can be more often depending on the fuel you buy. I run Ring Free because it's recommended but get ready for sticker shock....it's expensive. You'll love your 4 stroke but just remember to check the oil now and then. Congratulations on the new ride.

Looked at all of them over the last 3 months.... Skeeter was my top, only competitor was Vexus... And I JUST test drove that... They won't be out for like 6 months

oh yea and what is the best motor cover for a Yamaha sho? The one thats already on it, I don't get the material cover deal  If you fish it like it's intended, why not protect the cowling? I've bought a couple from Russell Marine Products. Congratulations on the new ride....good decision!
