most people who fish creeks fish mostly visible structure that is sticking out of the water, because its so plentyful, but theres alot more underwater that most people go right past, thats what I like to try, especially when a 1,000 folks have been back there. I was fishing a creek on waco and just casted a slip cork rig in between 2 trees, it was a span of abt 12 feet, caught 7 out of that spot, couldnt see anything there. everyone else had fished the trees side, but never tried in between. the 7 fish I caught could have been relating to one small stump or rock, but they were there. Dont follow the herd, think outside the norm, and get different results.. SK got it figured out.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

Another great job, SK. One of the lakes I fish down south of you is very similar with three tributaries that feed it. I fish them very much the same way that you do. I would guess that 99% of the people that fish there only fish "visible" structure. It's funny to have them come by and look at me like "what the heck are you doing fishing in that spot". The main lake is very muddy and the wind plays hell in being able to fish it.

As always, great informative video. Gonna put some time in tomorrow and give that info a try. One thing though, I haven't been able to figure out how to get one of those rods. I hit the shop button on the site and no products pop up. Its been like that for a while now.

Great video S.K., where can I buy these thump city rods? They are on back order and their website is being worked on.....Ill post up when they are back in stock..... most people who fish creeks fish mostly visible structure that is sticking out of the water, because its so plentyful, but theres alot more underwater that most people go right past, thats what I like to try, especially when a 1,000 folks have been back there. Brother thats some serious truth right there.....I overlook that visible stuff by a mile....Using your electronics will put you on fish that are passed over by 99% of the folks out there....Its been put in folks head so long of the other way some cant make simple adjustments to put them on fish....Ill just continue to catchum....LOL Play with um in the boat brother... Thanks for the info. No Doubt..... Everybody I see uses crappie nibbles.. Do ya really have to use those to catch more fish? I dont always use them but when I do they work.....LOL Great video . DOUBLE BAM! Double Barrel......LOL As always. Enjoyed the video and thanks for sharing. Thanks Brother thanks for always giving support...... Another great job, SK. I only put a dozen in the boat this morning on Belton Lake. You were right on point with that video. I fished 15' of water and they were sitting a foot to two feet off the bottom. It was nice to feel that thump again. The water level was rising and a lot of junk floating around. Biggest was 1lb. 4oz. Thanks again SK and keep them videos cumming.

Everybody I see uses crappie nibbles.. Do ya really have to use those to catch more fish? The idea behind Berkeley power baits is that the fish will hold on just a bit longer before spitting it out, giving you more time to react and get a hook set. I use crappie nibbles all the time now. Ive fished where they wont hit it without a nibble on the very same jig in the same place, at the same time.
Fishin' to stock Lake Crisco.
