24 hrs on/ 48 hrs off. Every shift is a Friday and a Monday all rolled into one. This! It's easier to say what days I work than what days I'm off.

I'm a little off on most days. Some days I'm throw'd off Thats whats up.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

40 hours is for Nancy boys and betas, welcome to overworked, burned out, stressed out, Alpha Male land. Didnt you tell me this about 4 years ago! Still on a 7 day a week schedule for me open to close but hoping soon to take a regular day off I did, you and HappyKamper dont take advice well at all. Work on being more coachable. Pretty much everything that you said would happen has, one question, when am I going to start bank rolling ?  think of all the money you are saving in income tax

I work a 28 day rotation.. out of those 28 days I only work 14, 7 day shifts and 7 night shifts... so, Ill work Monday-Thursday on days, off Friday through the following Thursday, go back and work Friday through Monday on nights, off Tuesday through Thursday, work days Friday through Sunday, off Monday, work Tuesday through Thursday on nights, off Friday through Sunday and then Ill be back where I started on my 4 day run. Whats good about working the DuPont shift rotation, is when I take vacation, Ill take it on my 4 day run or 4 night run so I end up getting a full 2 weeks off at a time. I worked that Dupont schedule for 20 yrs 1989-2009 loved it, I still miss it.

I work a 4 day work week with Wednesday,Thursday,and Fridays off! I also get certain Holidays off.  Side Note: Love the schedule.

Week one : Wednesday and Thursday .
Two: Monday and Tuesday .
Three : Saturday and Sunday .
Four : Sunday and Friday .

Started out as an operator at the power plant I'm currently at.
we worked 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts, however it fell on the calendar .
only down side was you had to work nights every other shift.
Switched over to mechanical maintenance.
Mon-Fri 7Am -3:30PM
Then they rolled out an alternate work schedule option. 4-10's
So I now work Mon-thurs. 6AM- 4:30PM off Fri-Sun
the kicker is, we have two Maintenance outages. One in the spring and one in the fall. each one is 5-6 weeks on average 6-7 10 hour days. so deer hunting and the spawn are missed most of the time.
