Try wise county park early in the morning or late in the evening.
It is the furthest park north on the lake.

Is it South Wise Park? Google didnt find a Wise County Park on Eagle Mountain.

I live across the street from there. This time of year, the concrete retaining wall is loaded, just be careful with your net because there are a lot of snags.
