I would imagine fish have done spawned post spawn should be over and going back to normal habitats water still not real hot in the 70s water temp with all this spring rain does that bring them shallow with the new vegetation or back deep because of the muddy water and quick change of water temp learning as you go doesn�t hurt to ask for help every now and then

Spawn isn't over yet. Give it until mid May. As far as rising water, fish will move into new cover sometimes immediately, but mainly depends on the lake stabilizing, first. This usually takes 3-4 days. Fish will pull out when levels are dropping, most all of the time. Find a lake that is above normal pool and that is not releasing water, then you've found payday up shallow. GL!
