Headed to lake of the pines in late May for a buddy fishing tourney. Anyone got any tips, tricks or secret spots you’d care to share? Lot of bragging rights at stack and my team is in the hole with the win/loss record. ANY help would be appreciated.

Late May-North end early frogs, then flipping bushes. South end-top water early then t-rig and crank points.

They may not be letting much out because they always raise the storage capacity from May to October.

228 winter, 230 summer, 235 this morning. Caddo's lakes level has a lot to do with how Pines levels are determined.

Here is a pic of one of the boat lane poles north of the bridge.
That's something to keep in mind when running with the high water. They go from helpful to dangerous.

We were out there yesterday also, and if it goes up another 8" or so They are going to be just under the surface.... Wonder how many people are going to break the lower units this weekend. Seen alot of guys running full throttle up north. Very dangerous
