What is the best bait to use for catching cats at Lake Fork?? Also, anywhere on the lake good for catching or are there better areas than some to start fishing???

According to the Texas Freshwater Fisheries they like 13# and up Large Mouth Bass. I took my daughter there when SPLASH was still alive and the biologist said they had to move a large Flathead out of the main display tank. They were loosing the large bass and finally walked in one morning to see the tail of a 13# plus bass sticking out of its mouth.

Stubbys cheese bait, use a #4 treble. Switch to a #6 if youre missing hookups.

Stubbys cheese bait, use a #4 treble. Switch to a #6 if youre missing hookups.  This, it has worked well for me on Pines and a few other lakes.
