I hate artificial sweeteners and the after taste they leave. But getting out on the water over the weekend and need something other than water.
Maybe Topo Chico and some cut limes?
I've gone and done it with the diet. I'm working on a 30lb goal and heading to Hawaii end of May so it's pretty structured. It's working OK and the biggest thing I'm learning is small meals every 2.5 to 3 hrs. It has kept me from overstuffing myself as I did previously.

Not on the list and not there yet - Hawaii I'll unleash but for now, it's steady as she goes, so to speak.

Natural flavorings, 0 calories. I'm down by 16 lbs. on Nutrisystem after 2 months.

Pickle juice for rehydration. Whole 30 or keto for the rapid weight loss before vacation.

I have to imagine after 10lbs you probably can start feeling a difference in how you feel. I'm down already 7 lbs and haven't gotten out of my first week yet. I don't see 20lbs or more being a problem by our trip end of May. I'm doing OptaVia - the food isn't very good but the program works for sure. My son's father in law has lost 60 lbs in a little over 4-5 months and if I hadn't seen him do it, I probably wouldn't have started myself. My biggest goal is to not necessarily stay on their plan but basically reset my mind and body about what I eat, when I eat. Already, I've gotten used to the program of trying to eat/fuel every 2.5-3 hrs. That in itself has helped tremendously because come lunch time or dinner I was usually so hungry I'd way overeat previously. I looked up the Splash but it has Sucralose - I'm just not a big fan of artificial sweeteners and their aftertaste. So I think tea is the ticket with a few cut lemons.

Bob, I'm not behind the mowers anymore so it's harder. I saw your transformation and it was impressive.
Part of my journey is for me obviously but the other part is trying to set an example for my younguns - one in particular.

Oh, didn't know about the sucralose. I agree with you 100% on the goals. Once I lose another 4 or 5 lbs. we go off the Nutri food, but we sure learned how to eat less food, feel better and eat healthier. My wife and I said 20 -25 lbs. and we'd be happy. It is easier for me than my wife to lose, and we are both olds. The food is about $650 a month for a 7 day 4 weeks worth of all food for both of us. But you still have to buy vegetables and some eggs, cheese sticks etc. Smartcarbs and power fuels. We walk every other day, but that is about it for exercise. Good luck!
