 Pontoon Boat Bimini Top Replacement

Anyone know a local shop around Rockwall that makes custom Bimini tops?
We have a 2001 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy Signature 18, and the stock frame sits lower than the aftermarket ones on the market. I like the frame we have because it’s not just a flat tarp overhead and has a bit more style and shape to the rear. We would also like to have side and rear panels, for more shade if needed.
We already know about Vic’s Marine in Rowlett, and have found several online, but they are all flat tops, and were told that their replacements wouldn’t fit because of the drop in our rear bow.
Any ideas?
