Is the COE pass good for all boat ramps on Sam Rayburn? No its not, Only COE operated ramps. Jackson Hill, Cassel Boykins, Mill creek, do not accept the pass. I'm not 100% sure about Mill creek.

Thats definitely not true.
Renewed my state park pass yesterday. 70 bucks from day of purchase till next year. My COE pass is the same (except cost) So how do you know what ramps it is good for?

If the sign says COE park, it is COE If the sign says county park, it is a county park. I know Cassel-Boykins is a county park.

COE Pass should be good at all parks and ramps in the USA. So yes. . .
My bad, I meant all COE parks and ramps in the USA.
